Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. We have the rights to refuse all services . Appointment Policy: Customers are required to make an appointment, no Walk-in accepted. We will reschedule all appointments that are 15 minutes late. All Gift Cards must be redeemed in 6 months from date of purchase. Health and Safety Policy: All equipment, including combs, brushes, and towels, will be properly sanitized after each use. Customers are expected to inform the staff of any health conditions, allergies or concerns prior to their appointment. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse affects resulting from any treatments, unless caused by negligence on our part.
